All emails in gmail are reported coming in 4 hours later. Ex. its 11:00am EDT = GMT/UTC – 4 any emails I get now show up as coming in at 3:00pm. My system time, as well as my google calendar time, are correct. I've also disabled all extensions and still have this problem.

What could cause it?

Are you using privacy.resistFingerprinting => true ? That setting informs websites you are in the UTC time zone, which is 4 hours later than you during Summer, and 5 hours later on standard time.

It's possible to fix the display with a user script, but it needs to be customized to Gmail's weird and frequently shifting page structure. I started creating one, but didn't complete the job because this isn't a priority for me personally. I posted a link to my code in a thread on Reddit here: https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/8a1ksw/websites_think_im_in_the_wrong_timezone/

That was it. Man, that one little setting messed a bunch of things up for me. Thanks
