I have a couple of items in the history referring to a Russian site, see screenshot attached. The problem is that they could not be removed from the history: the commands just do nothing.

See if https://www.malwarebytes.com/ will dig it out. https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/roguekiller/ If not run the Portable of the above and save the log file as a text file and then Google each entry. This is very powerful tool.
