Finding Thunderbird passwords

more options

Am trying to rediscover my Thunderbird passwords. Am using Thunderbird 91.3.0. The process described by Help starts by "select Tools then select Options" or "click on menu then select Options" but neither produce "Options". Is it hiding somewhere, or is Help telling me an old method which 91.3.0 doesn't support? Please help. I can receive emails but cannot send them. Thankyou

Thankyou christ1. So simple when you know. Perhaps someone at Mozilla will bring that particular 'Help' document up-to-date. Regards, and once again, thankyou

I have 91.4.0, there is no "options", but when I check 'preferences' it only goes to "General Thunderbird Start Page" and there is no panel with Security.
