Firefox uses a Russian Search Engine instead of Google and everytime I try setting it back to Google, it goes back to the Russian search engine the next time I use firefox.
Firefox uses a Russian search engine and won't switch back to Google. Everytime I try switching it Google, it goes right back to the Russian one the next time I open up firefox.

Such a choice is stored in a cookie and you need to allow cookies from Google if you want to keep that choice. Tools > Page Info > Permissions
