Upgraded to 3.6.13 and Real Player download function stopped working, button is in place but won't respond to commands, what happened?

Have the latest versions of both programs, function was working before upgrade and stopped after upgrade. How do I fix it. The real player buttpn is present, it is enabled, it just won't respond to commands.

It happened after I updated firefox to 3.6.13 and realplayer updated too
