Soo my computer was erased for 100% and i am trying to restore everthing i have on Firefox, i tried to login to check my save and important save web pages and i got nothing i dont understand why, please i have very important work save there.

I use Mozzila Firefox private browsing to connect to my bank account and the Social Security website. Social Security changed their website during the last year to use three outside vendors to check/confirm logon credentials. I use the ID.Me one mostly. So I go to the Social Security website and push the Login button. The website then displays the the three vendors and pick ID.Me. Once you've made your selection, you go to a notification page that says, you are leaving the Social Security page, "go back" or "yes". When I pick "yes", the computer always locks up. I have never had this clear up. The only way to proceed is to long press the On/Off button to do a hard reset.

I have an older Acer computer, Aspire 7, and it is running Windows 11. I can reach the Social Security if I use the Duck, Duck, Go web browser.

Have you seen this problem before or has it been previously reported? Is there a fix available?

I have been using Firefox for years..and Quickbooks on line(intuit). Overnight I can no longer access my account. I can log in but but now Firefox is stuck in the loading screen. I do have access on Chrome. Any ideas? (the green dots are the loading animation..they just keep spinning.) mm

Last night, I uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it again this morning. I have sync on with my account, but my pinned tabs are COMPLETELY missing all together and a few settings I had were undone for some reason. I feel absolutely sick right now because I thought everything was supposed to come back once I signed into my account, but it didn't. Syncing pinned tabs was not a listed option in Sync, so I assumed it was just an automatic thing it would do either way. Absolutely any help at all on any level would be so deeply appreciated. I just want my stuff back. Thank you so much in advance.

Hi all -- I have to admit that I am pretty frustrated after Firefox instituted the change to how shortcuts on the homepage operate a year or two ago. They used to be so reliable. Now frequently accessed websites are often missing or there's one row instead of two (despite being set to two obviously).

This is such a basic and important feature. It would be nice if things returned to working flawlessly.
