How do I communicate with a real person about crashing, syncing, bookmarks problems and general frustration with FF, my otherwise favorite browser?
Persistent problems with hanging up, crashing, syncing, importing bookmarks on multiple devices. Not new, so can't be attributed to most recent upgrade. 39.0.3. About ready to bail on FF except Chrome and IE are even less user friendly.

I already abaddoned firefox on android due to this issue. Now i am using chrome it less user friendly but sync is working and i need it to save my time ....
i am really upset with this bug it is aroud for more than 4 months and even if they are soo many bug reports and active user that can test something, nothing happens and devs do nothing.
I invited teapeasea to a screen sharing session, and I'll give an update here once we are done.
