Firefox crashes
Firefox keeps crashing. All drivers, plugins, and firefox are up to date. I've uninstalled and reinstalled firefox. I also even reset it from the trouble shoot page. FireFox was working fine until I had to format my PC. I formatted it because I got the Live Plat Security Virus.
Just crashed again while trying to send this.

Did you reinstall Firefox and created a new profile or did you restore a backup?
Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.

I created a new file and yes after formatting I ran my malware programs.
Unfortunately the linked crash report is empty (@ EMPTY: no crashing thread identified; corrupt dump) and doesn't include any data, so it is not possible to find the cause of the crash.
Did you recently submitted other crash reports that do show a crashing thread?
Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
