When access https://www.anaf.ro and go to Certificate login i have redirect to https://login.anaf.ro/my.policy and i receive error: Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to login.anaf.ro. SSL peer was unable to negotiate an acceptable set of security parameters. Error code: SSL_ERROR_HANDSHAKE_FAILURE_ALERT

I am using standard tracking protection, i checked Don’t enable HTTPS-Only Mode, i cleared cookies, nothing work.

I received the following error message when trying to connect with a site which I have been using for several years. The advice below the error message directs me to contact the site owner, but I can't do so if Firefox will not let me access the site. What to do?
