I am trying to send lists of addresses. I managed quite a few, but now I can't even send 1 message to one recepient. It keeps bouncing them back with a message that there are too many. even when only one.

You're trying to send "list of addresses", or TO "list of addresses"?

You have possibly exceeded a quota set by your email provider.
