more options

My PC was accidently got blue screen of death and cannot boot window anymore only way is reinstall window. and then I sing in to my mozilla account but I forgot my password so I have to reset it. but I didn't know that you have change the sync system that need to use recover key and yes now I lost all my 10years sync. this cannot recover anymore? or how can I recover it. Honestly this recover key thing is shit in google chrome you won't lost anything from reset the password. this make me really sad and upset. so is there any way to get my sync back? or it lost forever? if it lost forever I would say goodbye to firefox thanks.

Sync isn't for backup purpose-it's to sync between device to sync server back to device. And since you reinstalled the OS everything is gone and sync reset when you logged into the Mozilla account that would've cleared all the data. What does Chrome has to do with Firefox? At this point there nothing anyone can do since the user didn't backup their data from Firefox before doing what you did. Firefox didn't cause your OS reinstall that was the user doing this.
