Wordpress site reloading couples of times only on firefox
Hi there, We have a mystery which is polluting our data on all the analytic tool that we are currently using such as google analytics. We currently have three WordPress woocomerce site and the issue we are currently facing only occur on firefox. Once you navigate to any page on our site, it loads and reloads 4 to 6 times. Therefore if a customer needs to go back to the previous page, he or she will have to click back for more than 7 times. This is really hampering our sales as most of our customer use firefox. Checks I have done: Install a brand new empty WordPress template with no default theme but the issue still remain the same. Please see the attached screenshots for more details. Here are the URLs for our websites: https://www.hydro-x.co.uk/hx-training/ https://www.hydro-x.co.uk/hxstore/

Hi johnsonbanky97, your screenshots didn't upload successfully. You can attach them to a reply: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1255794#question-reply
I'm puzzled that a reload would create a new history entry. It sounds as though the page is navigating forward to itself for some reason.
Note: you need to fix the protocol on at least one of your links because Firefox won't run an HTTP script in an HTTPS page:
From the web console:
Blocked loading mixed active content “http://www.hydro-x.co.uk/hx-training/wp-content/cache/autoptimize/js/autoptimize_7684fc744e7d83d5e04129861c165436.js”
Hi SIr, Thanks for getting back to me. This is a mystry for me becuase it is not doing the same thing on all other browser. Please see the attached screenshot. You will see on your right hand cornner where pages are loaded repeatedly.
It seems to be related to background requests made in a script from mailmunch.co. If I block that script, there's no extra history on the Back button. But I can't tell why it is triggering this different behavior in Firefox than you see in other browsers.
