After verifying e-mail address msg is "microsft experiencing tech problem."
THIS IS A NEW PC SETUP..E-MAIL FROM PRIOR OUTLOOK EXPRESS AND ADDRESS BOOK WAS TRANSFERED. SET UP MY ACCOUNT WITH MICROSOFT. EVERTHINGH WORKING OKAY AND ABLE TO RETRIEVE NEW E-MAILS VIA THUNDERBIRD UNTIL LAST FEW DAYS. I CLICK ON THUNDERBIRD ICON AND AM ASKED TO VERIFY E-MAIL ADDRESS. AFTER VERIFYING I GET THE FOLLOWIN MESSAGE. "MICROSOFT EXPERIENCING TECHINCAL PROBLEM, TRY AGAIN LATER." IS THIS TRUE, AND IF SO WHEN WILL IT BE FIXED?
