Firefox crashes
Flash crashes all the time while using firefox, but not when i use IE. I don't like using IE but I am being forced to use it more and more.

Have you tried reinstalling or refreshing Firefox?
Yes, I even have disabled the flash add on (ask to activate) and it still give me a pop up that says " continue or stop plugin "
Have you tried reinstalling Adobe Flash Player.
I have, including having my computer completely checked by Norton live support and they don't see any issues
Could you give the URL of one of the pages that causes Flash to crash.

You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:
- check for updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration - disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
