The question, along with sometimes clicking a link leading to a totally blank new tab page, and some picture frames show up empty or sometimes in additional frames that are shown below the message are quite annoying at times. Sometimes a second click on a link will result in the link being shown. I have looked without finding anything to change to eliminate it.
