There is a picture of a hard drive on my screen that is labeled Firefox. There is already the Firefox symbol to activate the program next to all of the other program icons. Every time I delete that drive it keeps coming back. Why? How can I get rid of it.

Make sure that Firefox gets installed properly.

Open the Firefox disk image file and drag the Firefox program into the Applications folder on your hard drive. You shouldn't double-click the Firefox application to run it from the disk image, but instead drag it out of the DMG folder.
