Does anyone know how to insert a signature at the bottom of an email MANUALLY ?

Thunderbird would appear to cater for an AUTOMATIC insertion of a signature on EVERY email that is sent out. However , as a part-time small company secretary , I have a need to add company details at the bottom of an email ONLY on those emails that I send out which are relevant to the company. Other email clients have an 'Insert' button on the menu tab from which one can insert a signature - Thunderbird does not have this facility !

Help would be appreciated.
