Forum response - Preferences page isn't loading

Setting your minimum font size to a large font (24 or over) can cause the about:preferences page to display incorrectly. Since you can't use the preferences page to change your font settings, use the about:config method instead:

1. Type about:config into the address bar.
2. Search for the font.minimum-size preference for the language of your choice.
3. Double-click on it bring up the edit field and change the setting to 0.
