Launch an Android app using Firefox

If an app is available for a web page you're on (for example, YouTube.com or maps.google.com), Firefox gives you the option to open that app for a better experience.

  1. If an Android app is available for the content you're viewing, the Android icon will appear in the address bar:
    app url android
  2. Tap on the Android icon to launch the app.
