macOS Sierra 10.12.3 Flickering video?

I've looked up a lot of solutions for this problem so I guess I'll give this a try.

On my 2016 Macbook Pro, videos (ie Youtube or Netflix) will flicker. I managed to fix it a bit by turning off hardware acceleration, but now the status bar will flicker and sometime the video will still flicker as well. I removed all my add ons and extensions and still the problem persists. Help!

Edit Hi amhol If no one answers in a couple of days more then please bump the thread by posting again in the same thread. I am noyt a Mac usewer so have not tried to answer. (i will send a PM)
