On the toolbar some items are blurry until cursor is on them

In FF 3.6.10, I notice the top of the page: FILE EDIT VIEW HISTORY BOOKMARKS TOOLS HELP

the last three are blurry. I am also using the latest Personas addon.

I don't believe it is my monitor or my eyes.

Does it work better if you disable the Personas extension?

Right now I am using a different persona and it looks fine. I then assume it was the persona in use at the time.
