well i accidently click and i dont know how i got the skinny long scroll bar on the vercical instead of having it on the bottom

If you mean the Windows Taskbar then you can drag that bar back to the bottom and lock that bar via the right-click context menu.

If that isn't the case then please attach a screenshot.
