Get "Exc inev handl:brw is undefined" message when opening firefox. What does it mean?

Everytime I click on the icon to open Firefox, I get a message box with the above statement. If I click on OK, it goes right to firefox; if I click on the close(X) button, I go to Firefox. What does it mean, and how do I deal with it , other than what I am doing. It is very annoying. Also, how do I get Firefox to open with Yahoo instead of a blank page?

Please see solution in http://kb.mozillazine.org/Problematic_extensions for "McAfee Site Advisor".

(Windows): You must uninstall from Control Panel > add/change programs (Programs and Features). Reboot the system. Then Reinstall from http://www.siteadvisor.com/ and reboot the system. When installing refuse other suggested (crapware) applications.
