Firefox 4 won't run on RHEL 5.5 or CentOS 5.5. Where can I download 3.6.xx?
I run enterprise operating systems on several servers and workstations. Firefox 4.x won't run on either Redhat 5.5 or CentOS 5.5, which I am locked into using for my OSs. I need links for the 'older' 3.6.xx series, but can't find a useful link; the one on Mozilla's page directs me to 4.0, even though it is listed as being for the 3.6.17 release.

Did you install 4.0? If so, please take these extra steps before installing 3.6 to protect your profile information.
First, make a backup of your computer for safekeeping. To back up Firefox, see Backing up your information.
Next, download and save Firefox 3.6 to your desktop for future installation. http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all-older
Close Firefox 4, and uninstall it. Do not remove your personal data and settings, just the program.
Then finally you can reinstall Firefox 3.6. Unless you have installed an incompatible add-on, it should pick up where you left off. If there are serious issues, please post back with details.
Note: I haven't actually tried this downgrade myself!

Thanks! Thats the link I needed. When I tried to install 4.0, it refused to install due to dependencies on newer packages than those available with RHEL or CentOS. I looked at the list of packages needed, and the task of installing them and all their dependencies was not something I could tackle, especially since the workstations and servers are production servers for the project I work for. I *really* appreciate the response!
