I went and looked for the same page and link and mine shows no extras to the left. Here's my screen shot.

As I said before the problem is not constant. Try to "slick" forward and back repeatedly.

I noticed, if arftifact on screen and if I try to scroll page top for example for several pixel it's gone.

By the way, my Customer has the same problem
