Hi! I´ve already informed my hosting service about this issue and it seems like the problem is Thunderbird instead. I tried to use the information given on your website, but nothing happened. I´ve had to log in and change the password multiple times now for emails to work, but after a few days I stop getting emails again. I don´t use Thunderbird for this email, so let me know if you need more specific information etc.

What error message do you see when you stop getting mail? Do you have an antivirus product blocking access. It sounds like a failure in antivirus scanning to just die after a number of days, but it could also be from you moving around on the internet via a VPN.
