Thanks to all.

I installed Firefox and accidentally clicked to have my Chrome settings installed. I do not want this. I uninstalled and deleted the Mozilla folder in Program Files \ Applications. I did a fresh install several times, but the Chrome settings keep showing up.

I want to do a full, true, clean uninstall of FF, so I can reinstall with out importing any Chrome settings.

hi, in this case you're probably looking to create a new profile: Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles

Thank you. I wanted to try Firefox again after many years b/c Chrome would not load videos. Firefox has the same problem, so I have learned the issue is not browser dependent. I will check the available help resources and post if I cannot get a solution.
