For no reason I will be working on maybe Backpage and right in the middle of what I am doing Mozilla Firefox stops working and says "not responding". I use Backpage, my E-mail and Word or works a lot with copy and paste. I have two e-mails, a personal at Verison and company at Yahoo which I use every day. I just quit and come back maybe the next day and it is working for a while then quits again. It is very frustrating. So far as I know I have all of my up dates. When it crashes I cannot get into the computer. HP said there is nothing wrong with the computer, it is the program.
