Log in to POP3 servers fails on start up. (TB45 beta)
Since 46 beta release, log in on the start up fails to log in to POP server(s). Only taskmanager, shutdown restarts works. What to do?

You might double check what version you are running - as there is no beta for *46*. There is however a beta for 45.
Start *Windows'* safe mode with networking enabled

Does problem go away?
If it does not go away, try deleting the Thunderbird PROGRAM directory, install beta from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/all-beta.html
If it does not go away by installing new beta 45, please tell us if beta *44* has same problem. YOu can get it from https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/releases/
