Firefox crashes on start up
i have tried lots of things including clean ups etc. so i uninstalled and clean installed firefox. tried the stub version- no good. found a full download - installed but crashes on start up too....still not working. Same problem in safe mode - crashed on start up. it was working yesterday then the laptop updated but firefox hasnt worked since the auto update last night. Crash ID: bp-e914a219-db64-4cda-bbe5-bc94e1170523 i get this report under the details tab....

you can use the tool at https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows10 to create an install-dvd or usb-stick in order to reinstall windows 10 cleanly.
