Thunderbird does not work at all .. Everything hangs .. Windows 10

Friends .. Help! Thunderbird doesn't work at all. It happened after I cleaned the registry deeply .. But I’m not sure .. Maybe it’s not because of this. I completely deleted Thunderbird, copied my profile. I cleaned the registry with the program, downloaded Thunderbird again, installed .. But the problem remained ..

Still In Windows safe mode, start thunderbird in safe mode - https://support.mozilla.org/kb/safe-mode-thunderbird
