I cannot connect to Xfinity to pay my bill, like I have for years!??
I have a Password Protection App. provided by my McAfee Virus Protection Service. I have used this service for years to pay my bills. We are senior citizens on a fixed income stuck at home, this is our only way to conduct our business. Today is the due date for our payment. Thanks to firefox blocking access to Xfinity we will now be charged a late fee. Please help resolve this problem. Thanks, Bill Kennedy

Dear Bill Kennedy,
I understand that you are experiencing difficulty connecting to Xfinity through Firefox, and I'm here to help you resolve this issue. As a Firefox Support Forum volunteer, I'll do my best to provide you with the necessary assistance.
Firstly, let's try some troubleshooting steps to help you regain access to Xfinity. Please follow these instructions:
Clear your browser cache: Go to the Firefox menu, select "Options," then "Privacy & Security," and under the "Cookies and Site Data" section, click on the "Clear Data" button. Make sure to check the box next to "Cached Web Content" and then click "Clear."
Disable any browser extensions or add-ons: Sometimes, extensions or add-ons can interfere with website access. Temporarily disable them by going to the Firefox menu, selecting "Add-ons," and then disabling or removing any extensions or add-ons that you have installed.
Check your security settings: Open the Firefox menu, select "Options," then "Privacy & Security." Ensure that the "Enhanced Tracking Protection" is not set to block Xfinity. You can adjust the settings accordingly.
Restart your computer and modem/router: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. Turn off your computer, as well as your modem and router. After a few minutes, turn them back on and try accessing Xfinity again.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it could be a specific problem with Xfinity or your network configuration. In that case, I recommend reaching out to Xfinity customer support for further assistance. They will be able to provide you with specific guidance tailored to their services.
I understand that time is of the essence for your bill payment, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused. I hope the above suggestions help you regain access to Xfinity promptly.
If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to ask. I'm here to help!

Hi Bill, it looks like Xfinity moved some pages around and old links are failing ("Secure Connection Failed").
Could you try starting from https://www.xfinity.com/hub/
Toward the upper right, there's an account button (looks like a little head and shoulders in a circle) that opens a panel to sign in.
Any luck signing in that way?
Also, probably kind of obviously, you should have at least one backup browser. On Windows 7, you probably still have Internet Explorer 11, although it can't always connect to modern sites.
