Unable to reset sync password.
I tried setting up Firefox Sync a year or two ago, however, the setup failed and I gave up on it. I began trying to set it up again this week, however, I am unable to log in to my account; since I have already created an account using my e-mail (joshuamxxxx@xxxxx.xxx). I have tried resetting my password several times, however, I have not received any of the reset instruction e-mails.

Did you try to remove this current Sync account and start anew with that same email?

Sir, I did try that but I was unsuccessful since I need the password to access the account before I can make any changes or delete it.
