Firefox and Flash have been a pain for me for the last several versions of both. Now they dont't play together at all . firefox 35 Flash 16 (always activate)
I am having a very difficult time with Firefox. I tried for 45 minutes to get to be able to type in this box. Each time I would click on the blue button, "This did not solve my problem", Firefox would become "(not responding)" and I would have to "Quit the program" and start again. Anyway, the reason i have been trying to contact you is, I am still having problems with Flash crashing in Firefox. Also the blue down arrow that allows me to download Youtube videos has disappeared (this happened before I refreshed Firefox). I do not download youtube videos for fun. I download tutorials because I live in an area where cable is not available, DSL is not available and I have only my cell phone service for access to the internet and it works well albeit very expensive. Watching tutorials while remaining connected to the internet is cost prohibitive, consequently I need to download them. That is why I am trying so hard to get this Flash/Firefox /downloading problem solved. I have received a couple of suggestions in the past which were repeats of things I had already done but I did them again anyway and got the same results. Things would be fine for a couple of weeks and then the problem would re-appear. I uninstalled Flash and re-installed it using the links provided. I have all of the Windows updates. My hardware would appear to be functioning properly and I have made no hardware or software changes so that cannot be the reason Firefox/Flash just quits functioning together. Obviously I prefer Firefox but I guess I have no choice, it is Internet explorer as the browser of my future. I apologize for the length of this message but I needed to let you know of how much effort I have put into trying to keep Firefox/Flash working and how necessary a reliable browser is for some of us. Many, many thanks for your volunteer time and effort.

Before you quit altogether, I'd suggest updating to Flash player 17, it seems to have significantly improved the stability of Flash in recent weeks. Also, make sure you are running Firefox 36.0.3, which comes out later today. And finally, update your graphics driver (Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL)
Some cel phone companies have a separate plan for data only. I do not know about yours, but it may help.
