After updating Firefox, I got a page at mozilla.com that said I need to update flash. Is this legitimate?

I got a pop-up that I should update Firefox, so I did update to 3.6.11. After restarting Firefox, I get a webpage that appeared to be at mozilla.com, that said that Firefox was up to date, but that I needed to update the Adobe flash player. The link to do so appeared to be at adobe.com, but I was unsure if it was a legitimate page, message and link.

A few months ago, I got a page that looked just like this and when I clicked the link to update flash, it installed malware that was difficult to get rid of. I don't want that to happen again!

You do not have the latest version of Flash, so you should update it. You have version 10.r r82, the latest release is 10.1 r85

You can get it from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ or use the manual installers, for details see http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/191/tn_19166.html#main_ManualInstaller
