When a page redirects me and Firefox says it blocked the redirect, so I hit "allow" it still doesn't redirect. I get bumped back to the original page.

Not sure how to explain this more specifically. When a page is redirects me, and I see the flag at the top of the page that says Firefox will not allow it, and gives me a button that says "Allow" and I click it, instead of then being redirected, I am bounced back to the original page. I actually have gone in to FF settings and unchecked "warm me when a page tries to redirect" but it happens regardless -- I am still getting warned about redirects and then getting bounced back. Thank you.

See if this helps, Redirect Control 0.1.2 This add-on enables the user to allow or deny redirects from web pages. You can also create rules to allow redirects that you approve of.

Thanks for answering. Never actually tried the solution because it started behaving normally by itself. So if anyone else has this problem and stumbles across this answer, it might be worth trying, I just didn't need to.

Here's hoping. Good luck.
