Is there anything I can do here, I was kind of on auto-pilot when I decided to reinstall firefox and didn't realise I it picked up from my "old account" So to speak and I didn't notice until after doing a bunch of set-up and I kind of panicked.

Leading to the situation I've put myself in which doesn't seem redeemable cause there's no way to get access back to the older account. As far as I'm aware. Its the Syncing deal. I didn't mean to sync and transfer stuff over to this old email (I'm hoping I didn't) but panicked that I did it anyway. Because Like I mentioned I was auto-pilot.

Since I have no access or way to get back into my other Account to try and resolve it what can I do if anything?? I can't reset the password because the email I used back then doesn't even exist anymore.

Dear Team After Updating from 102.15.1 (32Bit) to 115.28.0 (32Bit) I can not connect to the provider "pop.hispeed.ch" anymore. Ping pop.hispeed.ch (on CMD) shows normal raction of beeing reachable with a "reply from xxxx.". I am on Windows 7 SP1. I have checked several times all setting POP and SMTP, switched off Firewall, uninstalled virus scanner, and and and many more (all knowledge found on internet..). Pressing the "Get Message" button in the upper menue bar shows no raction when pressed. The icon "Get Message" on the left side of the button "+ New Message" results in a none moving blue status bar at the right bottom of the window. After a while with the message "timed out.. ".In the settings "Config Editor.." the values of "mailnews.tcptimeout" are set to "300", and "true". I am using TB since donkey years with many many eMails. Are the lost? Attempting to load a link via the Firefox Share Sheet's "Load in Background" option does results in no tab being loaded in the app. The share sheet function appears to function normally, but after switching to the app, the link is not loaded. No blank tab is created either; it is as if no action was taken. All other functions in the share sheet work as expected, just this one function.

I primarily use this function when loading links from newsletters in the Mail app, but I've observed it when using other apps, for example, the Drafts app.

The experience is exactly as described as in https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-ios/issues/12414 , just updated to today. The only differences are I am using the latest version of Firefox on iOS, and the latest version of iOS on my iPhone 16.

Is there a setting or issue I'm not seeing or need to check? Or should I open a github ticket?

Due to technical problems, I had to reinstall the system on my computer, losing files, and I also went back to Windows 10 instead of continuing to use Windows 11 because Windows 11 doesn't work well on my computer. after downloading firefox I logged in as always, after logging in it always remembered my passwords, bookmarks and so on, now it doesn't. I don't know what to do

I am experiencing an issue with Google Maps in Firefox. Specifically, when I try to edit content, such as restaurant operating hours, clicking the "SUBMIT" button does not produce any response. This is unusual because I can successfully edit content using other browsers like Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Opera.

I have attempted to resolve this by reinstalling Firefox completely. This included uninstalling it and removing all associated data folders and registry entries (e.g., HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software). However, the problem persists.

Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

My email which functions under Mozilla Thunderbird (which was created Jan 28, 2018 - yes that is 2018) has begun to "freeze". I cannot do simple filing of messages or delete batches of emails.

I went to HostCentric and cleared out the webmail version of all of my emails, hoping that this would "fix" my problem. It did not.

I do not know if my version Thunderbird should have been updated in the past or not. If I were to update my version of Thunderbird, would my existing email address remain in tact? Or do I have to back everything up in order to preserve my email "world"? I do NOT want to lose my email address and all of the inbox contents or sub-folder files.

My email is how I manage and communicate with my lawyer, accountant, summer rental property etc.

Hello, there are site that do not work well in Android Firefox browser. Examples : web.whatsapp.com - sometimes I cannot type the message. I can never use dictation from gboard. 9gag.com - sometimes the site does not show anything...it just loads. Clear cache, phone restart, clear cookies, clear site data does not do anything. trello.com - I cannot move the cards around. These are just 3 example I had problems today. It's very annoying and at the same time everything I listed works flawlessly in Brave, at all times.

Is this because of Firefox engine ? or because sites are optimized more for Chromium based browsers ?

While in chrome browser (android) when i type something in the address bar like "shah" it gives me suggestions "Shahrukh Khan" also brief intro "Indian actor and producer" as well as associated brief image or when i type "interst" it gives an suggestion "interstellar" 2014 movie as well as a brief image. But this feature is missing in Firefox android. When i type "shah" it just gives suggestion "Shahrukh Khan" as a plain text, i tried multiple search engines but this remains same. This feature is also present in browsers other than chrome, like lemur, kiwi browser, opera etc. How can i get the same chrome functionality in Firefox, or is there an extension that can do it. This is the sole reason that's preventing me to switch my ecosystem to Firefox completely.

Firefox Relay appears to be an awesome service, and I'm greatly appreciative that Mozilla provides it.

My issue is as follows; in addition to being associated with my Mozilla account, my primary email address is linked to my financial, healthcare, and employment interests. All of my other activities that result in the generation of marketing emails are linked to a secondary email address.

Is there a means of linking Firefox Relay to my secondary email address other than creating a separate Mozilla account for that secondary email address?

Help me figure out how to get the space bar operating again. This just happened after I installed the latest update. I’m having to write this in a word application and then paste into your question box because the bar doesn’t work.

I’ve got a minor but annoying Quick Filter button issue which just cropped up today out of nowhere, and haven’t been able to find an exact match for all these symptoms in any other problem reports.

Toggling my Quick Filter button works as expected, picking up the individual active filter buttons. However, in some instances of launching TB its on/off status indicator always displays as active regardless of individual filter button status. Weirder still, in other cases it always displays as inactive. It’s an intermittent problem, which always persists in one way or the other.

Further details:

- Problem is also present in safe mode, with the single plugin I use (CardBook) disabled.

- General display settings are “Theme Simple” and “Variant Normal” (not “Dark”).

- There are no automatic filters configured in “Tools > Message Filters”.

- Individual filter buttons are all working properly, including correct status indicators.

- Running current TB version (128.7.0esr 64-bit) on Windows 10 with all OS patches up to date.

An example:

Image 1: “Show only unread messages” button is active, and the Quick Filter button also displays as such (both indicators are correct).

Image 2: All individual filter buttons are inactive, yet the Quick Filter button still indicates a filter is active.
