I am asked for a FIP or FIPS password every time I go to any new site. I tried to look it up & got a Federal site that made no sense to me. You seem to have enabled FIPS.

Tools > Options > Advanced > Certificates Press the Security Devices on the right. You probably see a Disable FIPS button here
