When I down load my bank statements in (PDF) they are not readable. To get aropund this issue, I have to use Google. What I see when I try to open the PDF i get a BLACK screen and key board is locked up. To escape I do a Ctrl,Alt,Delete. This has been going on for some 5 to 6 months. When i contacted my bank they sugggested using another browser. There are other problems which have crept up, but I get around by using Google.

This could be site related as maybe their security checks on the Browser fails and that block the connection. Also Google is a company and search site are you talking about Chrome? Sometimes secure system will only connect if their security checks on the Browser passes then the login is permitted. And if the banks is indicating another Browser that might be why as well.
