When I log on to FireFox I only get a small 2 inch screen at bottom and the page is running but will not enlarge?
When I log onto FireFox I only get a small 2 inch screen on bottom of page but I see the page running but its to small for me to get to the help menu Never seen this before.

Close Firefox. Open your file browser to this hidden location:
- Mac: *~/Library/Application Support/Firefox/
- Linux: *~/.mozilla/firefox/
- Windows: %AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\
- *C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\
Locate the above files. Then rename or delete them. Restart Firefox.

Hi, can you drag the top edge upwards, then click on the Maximize button in the top right corner?
