Thunderbird is crashing on a regular basis when writing email. works fine in safe mode. Crash @ OOM | small
Thunderbird is regularly crashing (daily). It is usually when I start to write a new email. If I restart it in safe mode this solves the problem so I wonderd if it was an add on issue. The only plug in I have is the shockwave flash. I have the British English dictionary (Marco Pinto) in dictionaries and English GB Language pack in languages. Any ideas how I might be able to solve this? I am using the default theme

All of your crashes are @ OOM | small, mostly after 1-2 hours.
Please test by disabling your addons one at a time. When Thunderbird doesn't fail, then the last addon disabled is your likely cause. If we can reproduce this issue, I'd really like us to investigate your issue in more depth so we can hopefully find a fix.
Are all your crashes during message compose? Please post your results
Hi. I have turned off all add ons and over the last week I have been re-enabling a new one every few days to see what causes the problem. I first re-enabled Shockwave Flash, then left this enabled and added English GB language pack. I left this enabled and finally enabled the British English Dictionary (Marco Pinto). This last add on again triggered the error so it seems to be this causing the problem. I have disabled it now but now have no spell checker on my email which is not ideal. Does anyone have a solution to this?
Sorry forgot to say yes crashes are always during message compose
