it says not to expect a reply from this email as it's not monitored, but I will try anyway. I found "account settings" when i pressed alt-t, but dunno what to do from there

Please reply in your thread /questions/1369462 instead of creating a new thread to make a reply.

This is a forum and not some sort of chat or emails newsgroup or such. You should get a email sent to email you use for your account here when there are replies in your threads.

Also Mozilla does not have any one on one support by phone, chat or email options for a free to download and use application. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/avoid-and-report-mozilla-tech-support-scams
