My settings for exceptions to blocking pop-ups are not being saved from session to session.
When I go to the "Exceptions" to enter another address, there are no addresses listed. However, I had previously entered 3-4.

Make sure that you do not use Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox to clear the "Site Preferences"
Clearing "Site Preferences" clears all cookies, images, pop-up windows, software installation, and password exceptions.
