Are you using the Skype app as well or is this a online Skype account your accessing.

Microsoft changed how the website works to a method that currently does not work in Firefox.

Can you use the site in Safari or Google Chrome as a workaround for now?

Hello jscher2000, Thank you for your comments and I'll use Safari. I'll also await the fix as I am fond of Firefox. William Lussky

The suggestion to temporarily use a different browser is mentioned in that bug report - hence I mentioned it twice .....

Hi, Well, I have 2 Skype accounts. One works and one will not. The bad one will not ring, only say connecting and after a bit close out. Thoughts? WLussky
