Mozilla isn't an email provider. You'd need to explain what 'e-mail setup with Mozilla' means.

Mozilla Thunderbird doesn't provide email addresses or email accounts - those come from your mail provider. Thunderbird only allows you to define the accounts so you can display the email from the account.

If you want to cancel an account, you must contact your mail provider.
