How can I restore my full screen as I can only see my inbox and nothing else not even my sent box now
I must have pressed an incorrect button as all my archive folders, my sent box, my outbox - everything has disappeared off the screen except for the inbox. I have searched the answers to questions on the site and done everything suggested there and still cannot revive my full screen. Can anyone help me please? I need some of the information on the email site for something urgent tomorrow!

Check to see if you are viewing all your folders.
'Menu icon (3 lines)' > 'Folders' > 'select 'All'
yes thank you I have done this I still cannot see the sent box and outbox and other boxes.
Are you using an imap mail account? Right click on imap mail account name in Folder Pane and select: 'Subscribe' a small window appears showing you all the foldres. Do you see all the folders? If yes: Select all the folders and click on 'Subscribe' click on OK
