My You Tube videos downloaded in Real Player Cloud won't always open,what do I do?

After the upgrade to Real Player Cloud, I am having troubles downloading videos from You Tube. Some of them will open and others will not. I run Firefox on my Windows 7 HP laptop. I can't find anything in the Firefox settings to address Real Player Cloud, and I can't find any settings or choices on the you tube pages either.......can you help?

Performing a clean uninstall and reinstall can help you resolve many issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling RealPlayer

I believe you have not deleted your temp folders and files.

Note: Make sure you delete the RealPlayer folders as mention on the link before reinstalling RealPlayer.

After installing RealPlayer follow the steps to enable the RealPlayer Plugin in your web browser,
