I belong to 2 different volunteer organisations and each has an email address and I have 2 email addresses. I would like to be able to see them all at once. As long as there is some indication of which email address, I don't mind them all being together.

In the old fashioned menu, File|New|Existing Mail Account.

In the new-fangled "Application Menu" with the three bars, it's hidden under "New message".

By default accounts are displayed separately. There are means by which they can be combined - many users seem to find multiple accounts hard work.

I have about 11 accounts. Some users have many more. Two should be no problem.  ;-)
