I run the same version of Thunderbird 128.6.0esr (64 bits) on 2 machines with the same Windows 11 Pro version 22H2.
I configured both machines the same way (e.g. same DNS 9.9.9.9) and the only major difference is the ISP.
The mailboxes I want to config by my customer's side work pectly by my side (same params, passwd OK).
The weird thing is that on customer's side, creating a new mailbox never conclue.
I mean your enter Name, email, passwd, select IMAP click on Continue > Configuration found in Mozilla ISP db.
Keep IMAP (default), click done > stays forever on 'Mail for jdoe@hell.com: Sending login information' (with on some mailboxes like gmail 'Checking password...' "waiting".
How can we solve this problem, please?
(Can I check logs ? N.B. pigning imap.isp.org works)
