Master password
Hi, I sent an email with the question of, How can I change my Master password without loosing all my passwords and user Id's etc. I can't remember my Master password and I read where it said I would loose all of my info, so how do I delete my Master password or change it and not loose everything? Please, let me know, because I'm really having a hard time with this issue. Thank you very much, Faith

There is no email support but only forum user posting help here. To change your sync password requires your email work to get the confirmation change. And if you forget your password then that a lost account and no one here can help since no one has access to your account. Also scrolling texts is unhelpful to any reading the question.

The Primary Password is used to encrypt the key stored in key4.db and without entering the PP when prompted is it impossible to view the encrypted usernames and passwords stored in logins.json in the Firefox profile folder. There is no way to bypass the PP if you have forgotten it, this would require access to an earlier copy of key4.db that doesn't have the Primary Password.
